Jason, your 500.00 accountability credit was a complete insult! That is not accountability! I hired you because you did everything by the book. That was one of many lies!
I explained to your sales guy and crew leader that I would do a review, and it seemed No one cared that I would write a review about your company. Pictures and videos didn't matter!
I did 90% of the cleanup on the first day. I went outside and picked up handfuls of nails because I could not find a safe place for our dogs to go potty. During the tear-out, I could not walk out my Kitchen backdoor. I had to put everything on the tarp and move the tarp over to get out of my backdoor!
I was about to get completely screwed on this roof if I wasn't supervising! but you told me not to supervise anymore after the cracked battens and no-edge battens were discovered pointing up, which means no edge for a 3/16 tile edge to hook up to, and when I went up to investigate the NW roof after the cement tiles were removed I noticed a bunch of new nails laying on the underlayment and one pushed in and stuck into the underlayment, I pulled it out and noticed a cut from it. I said, look at this, this is not acceptable and the guy you trusted on our roof got completely pissed off and then you told me to leave it in his hands and not to go back on the roof because the workers are feeling very uncomfortable. You left it up to a translator that proved over and over again, he didn't give a crap about our roof or our pool! (This is when I decided to buy a domain name & start creating a website for you, but I didn't) Jason, you saved yourself from a custom website!
I Completely Lost My Mind and I was ready to buy a Domain name and start creating a Website, But I Talk Myself Out of it!
